What the Board Is Responsible For
Our Governance Board provides oversight in the following areas:
Strategic direction: setting long-term priorities and ensuring alignment with our kaupapa
Financial stewardship: monitoring budgets, funding and responsible use of resources
Risk and safety: ensuring safe practice, privacy and ethical decision-making
Programme oversight: monitoring impact, quality, and community need
Partnerships and accountability: maintaining trust with funders, partners, and the community
Organisational wellbeing: supporting sustainable growth and volunteer care
